Project #1: Students read the story Dear Mr. Blueberry in which a child writes her teacher letters throughout the summer with an imaginative tale of a whale living in her pond. Throughout the story, the teacher tells the child true facts about whales. Students chose a friend to write a letter to with whale facts they learned. They typed the letter into Word and cut and paste it into the Wiki. The pictures were scanned and added to the site.
